Spacious double room in Streatham Hill

Hi! My friend is moving out to live with their partner, so I'm looking for a new housemate!

This is a large (3.2 x 4.1m) south-facing double room in a lovely ground floor flat at the top of Streatham Hill. Both the bedroom and kitchen have loads of storage space, and the flat has double glazing throughout. There's a back garden with a sunny patio and strawberry plants and a living room with a 42" TV. There's a mix of free and residents' parking nearby.

I'm the other housemate, ideally looking for a friendly, fun, reasonably tidy person to live with. I work for a medical research charity, and in my free time I like playing tabletop and video games, going out, gardening and martial arts. I'm in the process of quitting smoking and I never smoke inside the flat.

Rent includes council tax, TV licence, water and internet (fibre). Gas and electricity are split monthly.

TRANSPORT: 10min walk to Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill train stations, 15min bus to Brixton tube station. Wide array of buses to all over the place.
