my name is Ana Maria. I am originally from Croatia, and have been living in London for over 10 years.

I work in the City and in my free time I love being in the nature, traveling, spending time with friends and meeting new people. I enjoy cooking and being active; exercising and practicing yoga.

I am looking to rent a fully furnished double room (including a foldable work desk) in a recently built, modern apartment only 2 minutes walk from Streatham Hill Station. The property has a wonderful panoramic terrace on the 6th floor offering breathtaking views of the city and a wonderful sun trap for those sunny days!

The room will be rented with a large private bathroom. No need to worry about bills as included in the rent is Netflix, Hyperoptic fastest broadband, Council Tax, Utility bills as well as a Fortnightly Cleaner.

Located in the centre of Streatham Hill, the flat is surrounded by a great choice of local grocery stores (Co-op, M&S etc), restaurants, bars, high street shops and Fitness First Premium gym & a Virgin active. Tooting Bec Park and Streatham Common Park are 10min walk from the apartment. Tooting Bec Park’s Lido is one of the largest open swimming pools in London - and great option to have on a summer day!

Streatham Hill Station offers a quick 20minute train ride to Victoria. A number of buses offer a 10min bus ride to Brixton underground station where the Victoria line starts.

The room is available from 1st May 2021.
