Available only for Monday to Friday let, this is a quiet room in a convenient location a 10-minute walk to multiple transport options of Finsbury Park and the Gospel Oak to Barking overground line is a 5-minute walk away. It is a 30-minute journey to the City or West End.

The house is a stone's throw from the lively Stroud Green Road with its varied shops and restaurants. Crouch End is a short bus ride away. Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk are local green spaces. The room is garden facing, on the second floor of an unspoilt Victorian terraced house with lots of original features. The facilities include (almost exclusive) use of bathroom/toilet, wifi, some use of kitchen (by agreement). All bills are included.

The room would suit someone who is looking for peaceful, but friendly accommodation in the working week, but will return totheir permanent home at weekends.

I am an older professional woman. Over the years I've provided a friendly and comfortable home for many short- and long-term residents of a variety of ages and backgrounds. I look forward to welcoming a new housemate. I'm happy to be sociable, but will respect your privacy as I am sure you'll respect mine. Please note; there are cats in residence so this may be not suitable for those with cat allergies or phobias.
