It has a double bed and Futon / sofa for guests as well as an alcove desk area

The building also has a locked car park and I can give you the allocated space for your car if you want it but at an additional cost (not much, can discuss).
You can also lock a bike there.
About me,
I am a solo parent with my 7-year-old living with me half the time, we have two cats, one is a playful kitten, the other an old lady!
You will have full access to the kitchen and can use it at the same time as me, don't worry.
My house is a home and is filled with kids chaos.. The living area is in the middle of the house, and my living area is two floors below the room to rent, so you have your privacy.
The location is perfect for outdoor swimming (access to Hampstead Ponds and the Res) and going out. including good connections to all airports.
Please note if you work from home more than two days a week then the property is not suitable for you.
