1 room in Stroud Green, for six months

Hiya 1 double room available in Stroud Green in a 3 bedroom house.

You’ll be living with Zoë and Ayla. Zoë is a video producer in advertising and Ayla works in the art department for films. We're a very friendly bunch and go for drinks, watch films together etc when we get the chance. Looking for someone social to maintain the positive vibe we've got going. 
We're really clean and tidy so someone who will respect and contribute to this is important. We'll also be starting a cleaning rota once our new housemate moves in. 
This is a 6 month contract as the landlord is extending the current contract and planning to put the house on the market after these 6 months, unsure if we'll be able to stay or go.

12 mins walk from Finsbury Park tube, 10 mins walk to Harringey station. Lots of shops/amenities/ restaurants in close by Crouch End or Finsbury Park.

The room is £700 not including bills. Bills are roughly £150 a month (depending on usage). The deposit is £900 not £700 as Ayla is a Lodger so not on the contract. 

Women preferred, no couples or pets.  Available from the 2nd of April.
