Large Double Room in lovely home

Hi,
I am moving out of my house and my lovely lodger, Charlotte, who has lived here for two years is staying here and is looking for someone to share my home with.

You must be a cat lover, or at least tolerate cats, as my feline comes with the house.

The room is much larger than the average London bedroom, plenty of room for a bed, desk and space to breathe. I currently have a desk, piano, king size bed (which is staying) and wardrobes and still lots of room! Note the bathroom is shared.

There is an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, dining rom and living room.

There is a locked car park with one space for a vehicle, though I used the space for my multiple bikes.

If you have a road bike - then with agreement you could keep one inside the house.

There is a small front garden where the sun shines in the summer from about 11am and you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

A bit about Charlotte : "I am in my late 20’s and work as an account director in media strategy, play rugby at the local club, I’ll be around but I mainly work in the office so not really around during the week.

We would not be a party house, we would have the occasional dinner party but like to keep the house a relaxing space.

The area has a great number of little cafes, restaurants and bars. Great running/walking routes and a local park nearby. Also 3 different gyms, yoga studios, reformer Pilates and fitness classes if that’s your thing. 12 minute walk from the tube, thameslink, bus station and 5 minute walk from Crouch hill overground.
