The flat is kept very clean and tidy (cleaner comes once a fortnight to attend to communal areas such as kitchen, bathroom & hallways) so like minded person required.
Recently refurbished & close to Finsbury Park Underground station (Zone 2 -10 minute walk) and 2 minutes to Park entrance.
Close to all amenities with easy bus route access.
