I’m a professional (doctor) living in 2 bedroom new development complex in Wimbledon Grounds. My current flatmate is moving out in around mid-July.

This modern apartment includes two spacious bedroom with own bathroom, shared living room and kitchen, storage room, utility room, balcony, communal garden space, lift and 24-hour concierge who is very attentive to the needs.

There are close by amenities in 5-min walking distance; Lidl, Tesco express, Starbucks, Gregg. It is 15 mins walk from St George’s Hospital. Bus stop is just in front of the complex. Nearby stations are

Haydons Road (to Blackfriars) 10 mins walk
Earlsfield (to Waterloo) 15/16 mins walk
Wimbledon Park (District Line) 20 mins walk
Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) 20 mins walk
