Double room for nice, quiet, respectful person

Ideally you will be a quiet, professional person who likes their privacy and space. You wont have to do any cleaning other than your own bedroom/bathroom. Please note this home will not suit anyone that enjoys late night socialising or anyone that requires WFH.

Its a double room for single occupancy only with your own private bathroom and a shared kitchen with just me. (I can supply kitchen items should you require).

Surrey quays overground station is 6-8 mins walk, Canada Water station is 10-12 mins. There's a big Tesco in 5 away and a small one immediately downstairs to the flat as is a couple restaurants.

I work for a law firm and work most days from the living room. Weekends, I usually cook I am often out with my sisters and their kids. Im also usually in bed by 9pm.

Place would ideally suit a professional guy around 30-45 (only because it’s a typically sized new build double room so not a huge amount of storage space)

Absolutely no overnight guests unless it’s immediate family and you let me know ahead of any stay overs. I will also give the same respect/courtesy to you and try to give you at least 2 weeks notice of any family staying or coming over.
