Single Bed in Premium Residence

We are two 26 year old professionals working in the city and are looking for a third housemate to take the single room. The house is an absolute gem in Surrey Quays, situated in a safely gated community.

The house is an 8min walk away from Surrey Quays station which offers quick routes into central and east london as well as Clapham. There are many amenities nearby including Tesco, pharmacies, pubs, convenience stores and a McDonalds. The gated residence means we also have access to the prestigious Marine Wharf community. This brings an additional Tesco Express along with numerous cafes and a peaceful green.

We are both very clean, friendly and love to go out / drink socially. We are both into our sport and gym, whilst enjoying spending downtime relaxing and watching TV in our lounge. The house has a nice open layout with a large kitchen expanding onto the living room. The bedroom has ample storage with two wardrobes and space under the bed. There is further storage under the stairs and a shed on the patio.

We are looking for a housemate who is clean, social and doesn't spend all their time in their room. Ideally a non-smoking professional who is up for having a laugh.
