Great price, lovely flatmates and superb area

The room

Sadly Riccardo is moving in with close buddies. So, we are looking for someone at least as awesome to replace. Could that someone be you :)?

Here is the deal:

Move-in date is 7th/15th July 2019 and can be flexible.

Bills (internet, electricity, water and council tax) are excluded from rent and average around 75 GBP / mo. Fibre Optic internet (over 30 Mbps).

House is managed by Ludlow Thompson (no admin fees by law from June onwards) and landlord has been responsive in replacing hob and broken doors in the past.

Greenland Dock is a charming river-side area in Zone 2. Supermarkets, tubes (overground, jubilee and buses) and buses close by. Free gym and swimming pool on Friday and weekends (council scheme).

The room for rent is cosy, quiet and garden facing. It is partially furnished with a bed, wardrobe and has space for an additional desk and chair. Bathroom with good water pressure is shared with 2 guys, who are reasonably tidy. The other one is en-suite.

The house will be occupied by 4 in total. Spacious kitchen, living room with couch and garden. Everyone is kind, respectful, clean and young professionals. Cleaning lady comes every other week. We also have two friendly cats, Scout and Mr. Pickles.

Please note that this is not a party house, having friends over every now and then is fine though. No couples sorry.

Looking for someone, who is respectful, cleans up after themselves and is reasonable.
