The room is a double with en suite shower room and comes fully furnished with double bed, desk, desk chair, bedside table, 5-tier shelf unit and triple wardrobe.

The house is over 3 floors in Surrey Quays with great views over Greenland Dock, and Canary Wharf. Large open plan living and dining area with lots of storage room. Good sized kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine (there is also a tumble dryer under the stairs).

There is also a garage with plenty of extra storage space for bikes etc. and space for parking in front of the house as well as on street parking close by.

The location is good; 5-10 minutes walk from Surrey Quays (overground to Clapham and Shoreditch), 10-15 minutes walk from Canada Water (overground and Jubilee). There are also various bus links including night buses nearby. Surrey Quays shopping centre is also 5-10 minutes walk and there is a large Tesco in the centre. There is a smaller Tesco around the corner and a few nice restaurants, cafes and pubs within walking difference.

Current flat mates are 2 male professionals aged 27 working Mon-Fri 9-5 jobs. Both tidy, respectful, chatty and easy-going.
