Double bedroom , 2-bed flat, 10 mins Surrey Quays

Hello!

There is a double bedroom available to rent in a 2-bed apartment I am currently living in. My contract is up in April but looking to renew past then as I like living here.

The room is small but there is plenty of storage space, with a full sized wardrobe and a bedside table.

There is a good sized and recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. The lounge is also very big for a 2-bed flat.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays overground, 20 minutes walk to Canada Water. Bus stop which takes you to these stations is also a 2 minute walk away.

The flat is located by a park which is lovely. Also less than a 5 minute walk to the Thames path. Lidl and Tesco are within walking/bus distance.

I'm ideally looking for a flatmate who is of similar age who would treat this place like a home and help with keeping it tidy.. I'd like someone who I can socialise with after work and occasionally share a dinner/pint with whilst watching TV. However I'm not a massive party goer so ideally someone who prefers the pub rather than a massive night out every Friday!

I currently work in the civil service so have typical working hours. I occasionally work from home. Someone with similar working hours is preferred.

My interests range from cooking, running, watching/playing football and watching Netflix. Someone who has similar interests would be great.
