I am so excited to be renting out this fabulous NEWLY RENOVATED and REFURBISHED mid terrace house 5-10 mins walk into Canada Water and 1 minute from Deptford park.

The house has five double en-suite bedrooms. Each room consists of all new double beds, bedside tables, wardrobes and additional storage spaces.

There is a new fully furnished communal kitchen and lounge with a comfy sofa and smart TV. Prices include all bills.

Out the back of the house there is a tidy GARDEN patio.

There is a Tesco, Aldi, and many restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all within walking distance.

We are looking for friendly housemates who will enjoy socialising together but respect each others privacy.

The finishing touches are still ongoing so I will put up some pictures (Lounge, kitchen etc) next week once the decorators have finished. However, I have added some pictures of a house on the same street completed to the same specification to at least give you an idea of how the finished house will look.
