You'll be sharing with 3 professionals (2 girls and 1 guy) and if you work from home, only 1 person works from home, so it's not cramped.
The current lease is up in August 2020, however, it's likely you'll be able to extend as I have done from 2017.
The flat itself has a living room (with dining space), bathroom, modern kitchen and lovely garden space!
Bills aren't included in the rent price and handled by one of the other tenants.
