Double Room Available Next to Overground Station

Hi everyone,

Sadly one of our housemates is moving and we need to find someone to take her room for the new tenancy.

A bit about the flat:
it is a 3 bedroom flat and the room is a double room. It has nice big windows for plenty of natural light. It also has plenty of storage space. We rent directly from the landlords and they are very proactive. It's easy to ask them for help when it comes to problems with the flat. The rent is £650 (this includes rent and council tax). On top of that bills are around £55-65 per person (this is internet, heating, electricity and water). We are located very close to Southwark Park, Surrey Quays shopping centre (where there's a big Tesco), and Lidl. Tenancy starts 1st September and contract is for 1 year.

A bit about the tenants:
You'll be living with myself (Mico) and Karl. We are both in our mid-20s. Karl is a software engineer and is into gaming. I'm a structural engineer working for an architecture and engineering company. I am really really into bikes (mostly gravel and off-road, but a fair amount of road as well). And I help out with a local cycling club. Karl is relatively quiet, but very friendly. I am a bit more social and enjoy hanging out with whoever I'm living.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, social and quite neat and tidy. We are far from a party flat and I'm usually in bed by 22h30. So it would be ideal to keep it quiet after 22h00.
