Room in Double Floor Duplex with Awesome Views

I am looking to rent out the larger room in my current flat - a large (85sqm), two bed, 5th floor duplex in an apartment block close to River Thames with views of the marina and Canary Wharf. The price is £1300 per month including all bills and a weekly cleaner. The flat is across two floors with the main living space on the bottom and the two bedrooms on the top. Both levels have an entire side with floor to ceiling windows and access to a balcony.

The house is very well furnished with the mod-cons like a fridge, washing machine, sofas, beds, cupboards as well as a large TV (with a Firestick), dishwasher and a well stocked kitchen. It also has a decent amount of storage and an underground parking space which I don't use. The building has a 24/7 concierge. The flat has excellent connections to the city, London Bridge, Shoreditch and Canary Wharf. Canary Wharf in particular takes about 15 mins via the riverboat.

About me: I am a 31yo male, German, working as a data analyst in a startup. I work flexibly, so I can pick my work from home days, but I would expect to work 2 days from the office and three from home. I would need a flatmate that was working minimum 2-3 days from the office as well. Open to sharing with a guy or girl from any background but ideally it would be a professional. The flat would be a bit small for three so I am just looking to rent to singles.
