Yo, traditionally quiet house looking for more of the same.

Lots of space in shared areas, and paved garden is awesome to have in London in the summer. Decent sized rooms, decent rent, decent people (or so we say...)

Bills currently £135 a month per person. Two internets (two of us currently work from home so useful to have) + cleaner (+gas, electricity, council tax, water).

We like quiet in the week (!) but whatever at the weekend, so if you are into (slightly alcoholic?) games of poker that could be a good thing. Basically do what you want, but don't be loud when people are working/sleeping.

Great local amenities, awesome restaurants, giant Tesco nearby, very close to Jubilee and Overground lines (I can get to London Bridge from front door in ~15 min), and great running/walking routes along the river.

The room is probably only available for 4 months as the landlord plans to stop letting the house then.

Rooms have bed, desk and storage space.

Lots of extra storage space and two fridge/freezers.
