Hello!

I would like to sublet my 1 Bedroom Flat which located just right in front of Deptford Park. It is only 3minutes walking to Deptford Park School and Deptford Fire station bus stops which will bring you to Surrey Quays Station (Overground) and Canada Water Station (Overground & Jubilee Line). The bus lines around here will bring you as far as Shoreditch & Newquay Road (47), Russel Square & North Greenwhich Station (188), and Canada Water Bus Station & Catford Bus Garage (199).

I'm living alone in this flat, so I'm looking for a professional who is tidy, doesn't make so much noise (no party!), and gives good impressions to the neighbours. The location itself is amazing with Lidl, restaurants, and few off licence shops nearby. Most of the time, i’m subletting my flat while being out of town for work. The whole payment is expected to be completed in the beginning, it will already include bills, and the place will be yours!
