We are looking for someone to take over the remainder of the contract from now until the end of September in Marine Wharf, Surrey Quays (with an option to renew after)

The room
Furnished Double Room with wardrobe, desk and double bed. The desk chair in the picture can be left too. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.

The flat
Modern open-plan flat with balcony, dishwasher, washer dryer. There is a secure bike shed downstairs and a free gym in the development too.

About us
You’ll be living with me, 24, a software engineer and Chris, 28, a junior doctor. We're a chilled flat and looking for someone similar who would be up for socialising as a flat every so often!

Bills come to around £150pm. Council tax band E (Lewisham)

Short walk to Surrey Quays Overground (~10 min) and Canada Water (~15min) Jubilee Line Stations.

Easy access to Deptford and Greenwich (24 hour bus)

Close to local cafes and restaurants, 1 minute to Tesco Express. 10 mins to Surrey Quays shopping centre with a big Tesco, bouldering gym and other shops. Also near to Southwark Park, Greenland Dock, and a couple of other larger gyms close by.
