Beautiful Light Room Available In Two Bed Flat

Hi everyone! My flatmate is moving out end of May and I'm looking for someone nice and clean to take over her room.

The flat is on the first floor of a 2 story townhouse in SE16 (Surrey Quays/Canada Water) - with amazing transport links almost anywhere, such as easy access to the Jubilee, London Overground and Elizabeth Lines as well as a plethora of buses.

Big Tesco Extra within walking distance at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, as well as a Lidl and tons of shops on the adjacent high street. Quiet family friendly area with lots of green spaces and close to the river.

We have a big kitchen, bathroom and a large private terrace which is amazing in summer for bbqs or just hanging out (sorry looks a bit rank right now because we haven't been on it since September last year, once it's clean it's lovely 😂). It's not facing the street so super private and quiet as well.

Females and working professionals only please, when you apply could you please let me know a bit about yourselves, such as who you are, how old you are, what you do, what your hobbies are etc. I'm really looking for someone to create a nice & chill environment with.

As to myself, I'm 25 and working in events/marketing. Love a good rave and electronic music in general, but also equally enjoy a quiet night in with popcorn and a good movie. Clean and reliable, which is also something I'm looking for in my future flatmate - really don't want to clean after anyone or feel like I have to chase you about the rent or bills.

The kitchen has everything you need, storage, big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine,...

The room is super spacious with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers (if you want), loads of light and wooden floor.

There's also tons of storage space both in the flat and downstairs in the hallway if needed!

Price is £900 per month

Bills vary a little depending on usage

Water £17 pm pp
WiFi £15 pm pp
Gas £10-15 pm pp
Electricity (smart metre) ~£10 per week for the flat, we top up as we go

Viewing wise as we're both working the weekends would be ideal, if that's not possible I wfh Mondays and Fridays! My flatmate's days off vary so feel free to ask about availability and we'll find something.
