Furnished double room in Surrey Quays available!

Hello new housemate!

We are 3 guys that are looking for a 4th housemate to move into this lovely house in Surrey Quays on the 30th May. Unfortunately our one friend has had to pull out last minute, but we have the property secured so all you have to do is provide referencing to the estate agents, and we are all set.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a respectful, tidy and clean housemate. Someone who can become great friends with the house, as we love and are always keen to do lots of things together — whilst also all being able to balance our own social lives.

About the room:
The double room is furnished with; double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It is ground floor in the 4 floor house, and you will have (most exclusive) use of the downstairs W/C. (Can provide more pictures / videos on request).

The area of the house is very nice and homely. Great transport links with close access to the overground, perfect if you work in central!

Communal Areas:
The communal areas (2nd floor) comprise of an open plan living / dining room area with large windows that let through loads of light. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and we are happy to buy extras to share (air fryer, coffee machine etc). There is a large garage that can be used to store bikes etc (we might even make a home gym). There is a ground floor W/C, and a nice modern bathroom on the 3rd floor (which will be shared by everyone as it’s the only shower in the house).

About us;
- Sean, 26, Data Analyst
I work hybrid remote so I will be working from the house 2 days a week. I enjoy going to the gym and rock climbing. Love going to the pub in the summer with friends and socialising.

- Jack, 26, Software Dev
Work remotely but always keen to get out of the house to work. Outgoing, sociable and always love to meet new people. Big fan of cycling and climbing, also equally a massive fan of going to the pub, and a general tech nerd. p. s. no I will not be your tech support (unless you buy me a pint).

- Max, 24, Investment Analyst
Enjoys live music and being social. Also enjoys rock climbing and cycling. Grew up in London so knows all the best spots and hidden gems.
