The flat is ideally located a 5 minute walk from Surrey Quays overground station and 10 min walk from Canada Water (Jubilee line). It's easy to get into central London within 30 minutes, door to door.
The flat is spacious and comfortable, with a shared living room and balcony and a kitchen with full fridge, gas stove, and all appliances. One bathroom with bath/shower and toilet is shared.
The remaining flatmate is a quiet masters student.
We have one 16 year old cat who may be staying the property. She's very sleepy and cute :)
The ideal flatmate would be a young student or professional, who's happy in a quiet household. Ideally LGBT+ and not allergic to cats!
