Apartment has a large kitchen & living area with a balcony. We keep the place tidy and plants alive.

Comes with an awesome flatmate who is a finance professional in her mid twenties that likes to socialize and occasionally have friends over.
We are looking for a working professional that shares our interests and would be a good fit for the flat.

I’m taking a break from work and travelling over summer so I am subletting my bedroom from mid-June to mid-September (exact dates are flexible but prefer someone that can rent for the entire period).
The council tax & utilities add up to around 200£ per month.
