We are looking for a new housemate in a 4-bedroom houseshare in Surrey Quays as one is relocating abroad. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk. The bathroom is shared with only one housemate.

Our house features a cozy living room/open kitchen area and a garden where we often have BBQs during the summer. There is also one parking spot and one garage that we use for storage. You'll be part of an international household, with housemates from Wales and Italy, including one girl (Sara) and two guys (Guto and I) aged between 25 to 29 years old, all of us working professionals.

The location is very quiet, close to the Thames and the docks, but also super convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the house, and within walking distance of the Overground station in Surrey Quays (13 min to Shoreditch High Street) and the Underground station in Canada Water (2min to Canary Wharf and 12 min to Bond Street). There is also a gym, a Tesco and Coop supermarket, two delis and cafe in the direct vicinity of the house.
