Spare room in 3-bed shared flat

Double room in shared flat with two lovely female housemates. The carpet is brand new (I changed it as soon as I moved in). The bathroom is shared with one of the housemates (the other one has an en-suite). There is an additional wardrobe directly outside the room and plenty of storage in different cupboards around the flat. The flat is modern, the kitchen and living room are really big, with a balcony that allows sunlight in (this is where we usually gather to cook and watch Netflix together).
There's a Concierge that takes parcels and helps us sort out keys if someone else needs to come in.
The compound we live in is surrounded by similar flats, with a Co-op right outside (30 seconds walking), a cafe called Pear Tree which makes great food. There's a big Tesco's and a big Lidl also at 10-15min walk from the flat.
I'm only leaving because I'm moving in with my boyfriend, but it's genuinely a great place to live!
One of the flatmates is a doctor, the other one is a lawyer and we're looking for someone who is clean and tidy and hopefully shares our enjoyment of chatting in the balcony :)
Council tax is band C
Rent: The contractual rent is 1,000 pounds per month but we have informally agreed as housemates that, since this room is the smallest, the actual paid rent is 900 per month, not 1,000. Since we all pay the rent together in one bank transfer, the other two housemates cover the extra 100 per month.
