Bright double room available in a modern and fully refurbished flat in Surrey Quays. The room comes fully furnished (including a wardrobe) and has a desk if you need to work from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has plenty of natural light including a small balcony. There is also a big communal terrace on the same floor with amazing views of Canary Wharf, perfect for barbeques in summer!

The flat is 10-minute walk to Surrey Quays and around 15 minutes to Canada Water Station, making it very easy to get to Central London!

Surrey Quays shopping center is 10 minutes away with a big Tesco and some shops and restaurants in the area. Decathlon and Odeon cinema are also nearby.

You´ll be sharing with me, Jamie, I've been living in the flat for about twelve months. I work as a data scientist in the Civil Service and I like cooking and boardgames. I´m relaxed but I´m happy to hang out and enjoy having a chat at the end of the day over dinner.

Rent includes council tax, water, and wifi. Electricity is not included and can vary based on the month (£40-70 each).
