Hi, I'm Ray, an engineer working and living on the Kent Coast. I only come back at weekends.
I'm looking to rent the spare room to a person working away in London during the week and returning to their home at weekends. With me away, the occupant has the the place to themself during the week.
The flat has a living-dining-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, balcony and parking in the basement. The quays themselves are a nice place to walk around in the evening. It's a homely property and I've modernised it with a new kitchen and bathroom.
Transport links are the Windrush Line (from Surrey Quays), Jubilee Line (from Canada Water), Thames Clipper and plenty of buses.
