I’m looking for someone to take over my beautiful double room with private ensuite bathroom in a friendly house share in South East London. It is available from the 1st of April.

The house is located near Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations, making commuting super easy (Jubilee Line + Overground).

☕ Lots of cafés, restaurants, shops nearby
🛒 Lidl only 7 minutes walk
🌳 Deptford Park is right outside the house, perfect for walks

🏡 The House:

- Spacious double bedroom, fully furnished
- Private ensuite bathroom
- Comfortable kitchen and living space and garden/ patio

👯‍♀️ About the Housemates:

We’ve built a really nice little community here. Everyone is friendly, open-minded and supportive. There are always great conversations in the kitchen and we enjoy going to the pub together from time to time.
At the same time, everyone respects personal space and quiet time, especially during the week. It’s a perfect balance between social and calm living.

📄 Landlord Conditions:

- Must be a working professional
- UK based guarantor required
- Deposit required
- Minimum contract: 6 months

Final terms will be agreed with the landlord.
