Double Room in Cozy flat

Living room

Hello, my name is Kyriakos and I have an available double room in my current flat.
My partner is moving out due to work so the spare room has become available for someone to rent.
It's a double room on the smaller end, it comes with a double bed and if any more furniture required I am happy find/buy, if you have yours you're welcome to bring them.
In terms of space, there is an attic which we have access only from our flat so a lot of storage.
The living room we have tried to make it as welcoming and cozy as possible, it's an open plan living room and kitchen with all the equipment and appliances anyone might need.
There is a dishwasher, a laundry machine and a tumble drier.
There is one bathroom to share, it's decently sized so enough space to keep our creams etc. :P
It's on the first floor, 1 minute away from Surrey Quays Overground station and 7 minutes walk from Canada Water (Jubilee line). The flat is in an amazing location in terms of commuting, with 1 huge park right outside (southwark park) and a couple more smaller in a short walk distance.
Looking for someone easy going, tidy and respectful of peoples items and space. I'd say I am myself what I describe so happy to chat in the living room over dinner or watch a film and always trying to clean after myself but of course when I need my space most likely I will be in my room chilling.
