Room available in Surrey Quays flat share

Hiya! Our lovely flatmate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend so we are looking for someone to take over her room.

- 🛏️ Double Room

- 📅 Move in: 1st July (there may be some flexibility to move in earlier from 1st June)

- 📍Location: Surrey Quays (10 minute walk to Surrey Quays overground station 🧡 and 15 minute walk to Canada Water underground - Jubilee Line, 5 mins to London Bridge 🩶)

- 💰Rent: £797 per month (plus bills - these vary but are usually about £100 - £130)

About us 👩🏼👩🏻👱🏻‍♀️

We’re 3 gals Iz, Anna and Rachel (aged 25 - 27) currently working in publishing, finance and funemployment.

We love a cup of tea (or wine) on the sofa while watching the Bachelor Australia as well as the cooking for each other, the odd night out, house gathering and of course wfh lunchtime hot girl walks together. 🍷

We are all close so are looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as housemates.

Being clean and tidy is a must! 🧹

About the room/house 🏡

A lovely double room on the first floor that comes pre furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The house is spacious with nice cream carpets and white walls. It is over two floors with a very big kitchen, gorgeous living room and even a garden. 🪴
