Spacious Queer House in SE8

Me (POC) and my flatmate (trans girl) are looking for someone to join our lovely house starting on the 22nd May.

We are chill, sociable artists both working hospitality whilst working on our creative projects. We love cooking, music and seeing friends. Looking for someone who wants somewhere longer term with like-minded queers! ✨💖

Cherry, 24, Climbing Coach and writer. Loves all things nerdy and climbing. At any given moment I’m either working, climbing or both :)

We both work late, often getting home around midnight. We are conscious of not making too much noise but will sometimes cook/shower late.

Clean and tidy in communal spaces is a must. 🧼☺️

The room is £840 pm + bills and tax which is about £70-100 ish pm. depends on season

Nice spacious room with storage, double bed and room for a desk. We also have shared storage space.

The flat is rly spacious with a lovely shared living room and garden. On a very quiet road just 8 minute walk from Surrey Quays station and 20 mins walk from Canada Water. Right by the river and docks and a big Lidl /Chinese supermarket and Tesco right by our house. Nice community around.
