Hello, guys. I've finished my studies and am going back home at the end of September, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room from October.
Room details:
A double room on the upper storey of a 4-bedroom flat, furnished with 2 desks (1 with three drawers), two on-wall shelves and a big built-in clothes cupboard. The whole building is a bit old and is undergoing refurbishment. Therefore, you'll see scaffolds outside. If you are not okay with this, you are probably looking at the wrong ad.
Pros:
Only 2 minutes walking from Surrey Quays station and a big shopping centre nearby with a Tesco extra store openning late on weekdays; room is spacious for single occupancy; friendly flatmates; most of all, great value for money!
Cons:
The building looks a bit messy due to the refurbishment work, but good conditions inside; it is a bit noisy since the room is facing the road, but it should be much better when they replace the old windows with new double-glazed ones (part of the refurbishment work)
Requirements:
Long-term rent preferred (from 6 months), but negotiable; you need to keep the communual area(toilet, bathroom and kitchen) clean; sign the contract directly with the landlord, not with me (rest assured this is not subletting)
