Houseboat - Double Room in Surrey Quays

The Boat

I am renting out the double room on my lovely little boat in a gated community on the water. Located in a great area with excellent travel connections, 1 minute walk for the bus and 10 minutes for the Tube.
(Surrey Quays, Overground. Which is one stop to Canada Water, Jubilee Line).
Tesco Express is right outside the door, just a 2 minute walk away with a larger tesco only a 10 minute walk away and great restaurant just around the corner, The Plough Way Cafe.

I myself work as a Tour Guide and stay overnight a few times a month so you would get maybe a week each month to yourself on the boat in total.

The place is fully furnished with everything a regular flat would have. Marina facilities do include toilets, showers, washing machines and tumble dryers. However the boat is fully kitted out with all the above excluding a tumble dryer.

I occasionally look after various different dogs so you have to be okay with animals.

Cinema and bowling complex nearby.
Pubs, restaurants and fast food nearby.

References are negotiable.
