It is also very accessible to many 24 hour bus services. The property is 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays shopping centre with a large Tesco supermarket and a good selection of other shops.

The property has a separate lounge & kitchen, TV, washing machine, gas central heating and a small balcony.

The room is fitted out with a double bed, wardrobe, side table, shelves and chest of drawers. There is a lock on the room for privacy.

Currently two people living in the house (Mum and Daugther). Lola, the household cat, shares the home (tends to keep to herself but it would help if you like cats!). Looking for a like minded professional to rent this Double room. Please no agents or students. Couples considered but at cost of £800 per month and deposit at £800.

The rent includes the normal bills - council tax, water, gas, electricity and unlimited wireless broadband.

The Property is managed by the owner. A deposit of one months rent is payable in advance.
