One spacious double room is available in this small but cosy flat :)

This is the largest room in the flat, fully furnished with a double bed, two big wardrobes + another built-in storage, desk and chair. All bills are included.

The bed and mattress have recently been changed. I have used a mattress cover so the mattress is new and never actually been directly slept on.

The flat has a 3-pieces shared bathroom and another separate toilet, a kitchen and a cute living room.

You will be living in a safe building with a 24h porter, 2 min walk to Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee Line), 7 min to South Hampstead Overground, and 10 to Finchley Road (Metropolitan Line).
The neighbourhood is extremely safe and lovely. Primrose Hill Park is a 12 min walk. Plenty of nice restaurants around and all supermarkets you could hope for within 5-10min (Tesco, M&S, big Waitrose, big Sainsbury's, Aldi).

There is a rota for cleaning but it is important that the flat remains tidy and clean on a daily basis.

Currently, the place has 2 other female flatmates. One from Ireland and the other from France. We are a lovely small household.

I am moving to Oxford for work so I have to leave this lovely place.
