I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy (£872/mo) starting 1 May - 15 Sept, with the opportunity to renew for a year. The ideal person is friendly, vibrant, and tidy! It’s a massive 3-story house with even better flatmates to match! ✨

🌸 The Flat/Room:
~ Fully furnished room with bed, mattress, side table, desk, chair, and large wardrobe (lamp & mirror not included) + and shared bathroom with 2 other people
~ It gets amazing light and I love the sunrises
~ This is a gated 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a huge, furnished deck in front of the house. It has heating, wifi, washer/dryer, and fully-equipped shared kitchen
~ Super quiet neighbourhood and fairly quiet indoors and noise doesn’t travel through the house

🌸 The Friends:
~ A social, welcoming, and diverse house of women and men with a range of personalities and interests!
~ All young professionals and students between 22-27
~ LGBTQ+ friendly
~ Everyone is truly so friendly, funny, and light hearted. Even on my saddest days, there’s always someone in the house to lift your spirits

~ We live between Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee line, 6 min walk) and Chalk Farm station (Northern line, 12 min walk) - Zone 2, NW3.
~ Right near Primrose Hill which is the perfect place to catch the sunset
~ A 7 min bus ride from Camden
~ There are tons of grocery stores and a weekly farmers market
~ Loads of cafes, bars, art galleries, gyms, shops, libraries, and music venues nearby
