We’re looking for a female housemate to replace me in our flat in Swiss Cottage; you’ll be living with three other lovely ladies aged between 26-30. We all work full time - 2 hybrid and one always onsite. While life can be busy, genuinely enjoy spending time together when we can, usually in the form of eating a lot of sweet treats and watching the latest Netflix. We also understand that sometimes people want their own space and will always respect this.

Rent for you is technically £887.75 - we each pay the landlord £947.75 per month in rent, but given this is a smaller room your housemates will also each pay you £20 per month. Bills come to around £100 per month - heating is included in the rent, but does get switched off April-October. Council tax is £63.50 each per month.

The Room
The room is a furnished double, on the smaller side but I’ve lived here comfortably for several years. The double bed has lift-up storage underneath and the room comes with a chest of drawers. There is a wardrobe just outside the room as well as a large additional storage cupboard. Because of the size, the room would best suit someone mostly office-based.

There is a shower and sink directly next to the bedroom, shared with one housemate but the sink will be yours.

The rest of the flat
The flat has two other bathrooms:
* A separate toilet at the front of the flat, mainly shared with one housemate
* A second bathroom at the back of the flat, mainly shared by the other two flatmates

There’s a shared kitchen and separate living space, which is great for hanging out together and occasionally used for hosting friends.

Location
The location is absolutely brilliant:
* Swiss Cottage Underground (Jubilee Line) right next door
* 10 minutes’ walk to Finchley Road (Jubilee & Met lines)
* South Hampstead Overground under 10 minutes away

Local amenities are also fantastic, with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Superstore, M&S and Tesco Express all within a 15-minute walk. Primrose Hill is also just 15 minutes away - perfect for walks and views.
