Spacious Double Bedroom in a Large Flat

Large double room available in a spacious 4 bed flat by Swiss Cottage tube station. The flat was renovated a few years ago so in good condition. You will be living with 3 females (late 20's-30's) and is ideal for somebody who both likes to catch-up / be involved in an occasional flat dinner but also respectful of other peoples space.

Council tax, heating and flat block service fees included. Internet, water, electric are not (this is roughly an additional £70 per month). Landlord is based in Canada however is quick to respond and happy to deal with issues that arise.

The Room
Furnished with a double bed, bedside table, shelving unit and plenty of built in storage (the rest of the furniture is my own). As you can see the room is very large so plenty of opportunity to make it your own!

The Flat
We have a spacious living and lovely kitchen with plenty of storage and a large fridge. 2 communal bathrooms (with one shower) and storage cupboards as well. One room is an ensuite so you'll be sharing the bathrooms with only 2 other flatmates.

The flat is situated on the second floor (there is a lift) in a building which is well looked after, safe, and includes a 24 hour porter. This flat is also very very warm! We've barely had the heating on this winter.

Location
The flat is located less than 5 min walk to the underground (Jubilee line) and easy walking distance to Belsize Park, Regents Park and Camden. There's an M&S Food and Waitrose close by with big Sainsbury's a short walk away. There are multiple gym options as well as delivery drop off points.
