Large bright and airy double room in a modern and clean flat. The room has SOLID OAK flooring (so no mites lurking in carpets!), a comfortable orthopaedic double divan with headboard. There is a 2 seater sofa, a double wardrobe, a set of drawers, a book shelf and a desk and chair. All the windows in the flat are pvc double glazed windows so it's pretty quiet. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with Neff appliances and a selarate washer dryer! There are no carpets in the flat, all solid wood flooring and Spanish porcelain elsewhere. There are 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom, 1 shower room and one cloakroom) to share between 5 people so no queues in the morning!

The internet in the flat is Hyperoptic Broadband, the fastest internet you can possibly get, faster than fibre optic.

The flat is ideally located 1 or 2 minute's walk from Swiss Cottage tube (Jubilee Line) and within a few minutes walk to the O2 centre and all the cafes, restaurants and shops on Finchley Road. There is a leisure centre right opposite the building with a gym and large pool. There is an Odean cinema and a Costa coffee underneath the building.
Waitrose and Marks and Spencer (food shop) is a only a few minutes walk away.

The other 4 flat mates, 1 emales and 3 males are all easy going, polite professional sharers, between 21 and 50 years old.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, heating, water, hot water, council tax, TV licence, service charge and unlimited Hyperoptic broadband. Also included is a cleaner once a week to clean the kitchen and common parts and if you are there, your floor.

The flat is very clean and tidy and so I would prefer to rent to people with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

All the rooms are lockable.

You are renting direct from the landlord so there are no agents or tenant fees. I also manage and maintain the flat and will send out someone to repair anything that goes wrong very quickly. My husband and I are property developers and so have the labour required to fix anything.

I have a gas and electricity safety certificates as required by law and I also keep your deposit in the deposit scheme.

Please only apply if you care about cleanliness and hygiene as the flat is very clean and I would like it to be maintained to that level.
