I’m looking for a flatmate to rent out a generous double room in my two bedroom split level flat 2 minutes walk from Sydenham station. The flat is light and spacious, with lots of outside space. There is a terrace which gets great afternoon and evening sun, with a built in BBQ, perfect for the warm summer evenings when they arrive! The flat has a new kitchen and bathroom which were kitted out a couple of years ago, so still looking fresh. There is a cleaner that comes in twice a month and a friendly cat.
The rent of £500- 600 depending on number of nights staying. This includes all bills and cleaner, this includes Sky TV with the sports package.
