Parking on the road is not restricted and it’s easy to get parking near to the house.

Sydenham station is a 12 minute walk (15mins direct Overground to Canada Water, 18mins direct rail to London Bridge, 20mins' direct to Clapham Junction) and Sydenham Hill station is a 25min walk or bus ride away (15mins direct rail to Victoria).
The area is also well serviced by buses.

There is a Tesco just 5 mins down the road and the high street is a 12 minute walk.

Crystal Palace Park and Wells Park are just a 5 minute walk away.
Crystal Palace Sports Centre is in Crystal Park.
It has a gym, classes and courts.
Forest Hill Pools are a 15minute walk away.
