Lovely Masionette in Sydenham

I am an Art Teacher in a large London School. I have now been living in Sydenham for about a year and it is amazing. The property is part of a wonderful estate which has lots of friendly people and is situated right next to Well's Park - literally a 2 second walk. The property has a fantastic balcony that over looks the allotments and the park. To London Bridge it takes approximately 30 minutes (including walk from the property) and around 50 minutes to Victoria. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Crystal Palace and around 10 minutes by bus - which there is never a long wait! Upper Sydenham is a short walk up the hill where there is a brilliant pub called The Woodhouse - excellent beers/ales and food as well as a very friendly crowd. There is a range of local supermarkets; so easy to buy food. The area has lots to offer and Kirkdale is delightful with lots of cafes and one of the best Italian restaurants (lower Sydenham) in the South of London (Timeout recommendation). I am looking for a friendly flatmate who likes to sometimes socialise, but I am also not worried if someone wants their own company. Quite a few evenings, I have to mark books and plan, so during the week everything is quite calm. However, I do like to have friends round during the weekend, but not huge parties! I do sometimes go to Cambridge to visit family, so you would have the place to yourself, which I am perfectly happy with. The kitchen is great and quite spacious as well as the sitting room that leads onto the balcony. Your room is quiet and has enough space for a desk - if you wish to work there? I like to keep it clean most of the time, but also not too worried if things get a little untidy during the week; as I know how things get!
