I have just bought my first flat and am looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving back home.
It's a tidy, modern flat with a decent sized combined kitchen/living room and small bathroom with shower.
The room itself is a decent sized single.
It's located on the third floor above another flat and a barber shop at the bottom. It's on a main road but the noise is very minimal due to the double glazing throughout.
There's everything you need on Sydenham high street, including Aldi for shopping and lots of great pubs/cafes.
Sydenham station with the London Overground is around 5/10 minutes walk away and it takes 16 minutes to Canada Water.
You'll be sharing with me, I work in a startup in Great Portland Street doing digital marketing and also do music, DJ'ing and running a label.
