Two Doubles in Beautiful, Refurbished House

Hi there,

We are looking for two people to join our house. We have two double rooms available with immediate start dates.

The first room is really large with space for extras like a desk or a sofa. The second is smaller with room for a double bed, and we can create additional storage for this person in the rest of the house. Both rooms are unfurnished but we can help furnish them if required.

The house has been recently renovated and extended, with a beautiful, open plan kitchen and sliding doors onto the garden. There are two bathrooms with showers, a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a side alley for bikes. The front garden also has space for a car.

The house is less than 10 minutes' walk from Sydenham Station and it's a 15 minute walk through Mayow Park to Forest Hill. Penge East is just over 10 minutes away and the N176 is the local night bus.

We are looking for people to come and create a household with us. Sophie and I have both lived in sometimes soulless house shares and we're keen to settle in for a bit with people up for playing cards, a pint and odd nights out. Like most people we also enjoy quiet time and respect the need for privacy. Sophie works in entertainment and runs comedy and quiz nights and I am retraining into legal aid.

The landlord and we are keen that we stay here a while so we've been given the go ahead to make the house a home and put up pictures, change curtains and plant up the garden with veg and flowers. If you're looking for somewhere you can also settle in then please get in touch with us.
