There's a large shared living room with pull out sofa bed, extending dining table and TV. WiFi is included.

A fully equipped kitchen is directly off the living room and has a washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer and microwave.

The bathroom has a bath and shower and a window for natural light.

A really cosy but spacious property. There is free parking on the street and a parking space in the front.

There is one other tenant who works 5 days a week 9-5pm. She is clean, tidy and respectful. She is sociable though she also likes to be quiet and have space.

The house is only 8 minutes walk from Sydenham and Penge East stations with fast links into central London (Victoria, London Bridge) The 176 bus takes you directly into Tottenham Court Road.

Sydenham High Street has everything you could want - coffee shops, supermarkets of all kinds, nail bars and hairdressers and more. A vibrant but peaceful residential area.

My husband and I are the landlords. We live 10 minutes away and are very attentive to any problems with the flat and will get them resolved as quickly as we can.
