Chilled flat-share looking for housemate

Living room

The room comes with a double-sized mattress and some bits like a shelf but is otherwise unfurnished. It's a decent size room with enough space for the average person. There is extra storage space in the living room if needed. It's a south-facing room and gets the most sunlight in the entire flat. The flat is the top half of what was formerly a house so unfortunately it is not accessible.

We have a living room and garden (+ loadsa plants) which is really nice to have the extra space!

It is a really lovely, quiet, green area (massive park 3 mins walk away) and friendly neighbours. 10 mins walk from Sydenham station which has the overground and national rail that gets you to London Bridge in 15 mins. Retail park is also 10 mins walk away with a Sainsbury's superstore, Aldi etc.

You would be sharing with two women of colour - Zara (29) and Lola (24) and we're open-minded, easy-going and love a good chat, cooking (Vegan/Veg) but also value our own space. So hoping for a flatmate with similar vibes.

Bills aren't fixed but average around £50-100/month.
