Chilled flat-share looking for housemate
My university has shut down due to the pandemic, so I am moving out of London and back home with my family. So I’m looking for a replacement to take over the room.
The contract is a joint tenancy.
The rent is £425 a month, deposit is £412 and the bills have only ever been maximum £90 (but that was during winter when heating costs more).
The flatmates, Lola and Zara, are both extremely friendly and love a good chin-wag. They like cooking together, sharing food and hanging out but also respect people’s space and privacy. There is a well equipped, highly functional spice draw in the kitchen - so no flavourless food is consumed there!
The room is south facing and I have left my double mattress and a shelf. I will be picking the mattress up when I move back to London in September.
The house itself is chilled and fun-filled, if you spend time inside the house, you won't be bothered by annoying police sirens or aggressive neighbours, people are very friendly and pleasant compared to other places I've lived in London. There's also a park on the end of our road (pictured). The station (national rail/overground) is a 10 min walk and can get you straight to Central London in 15 mins.
So chuck me a message on here or give me a buzz!
