Single Room in a quiet flat - Forest Hill/Sydenham

Someone drops out at the last minute! This room still available!

A single room is available in Forest Hill/Sydenham. The flat is completely renewed and the rent includes all bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax, broadband) and parking. It's an LGBTQ+ friendly house. The landlady is really helpful.

Access - It's not fully accessible. check below if fit in what you need.
1 step at the front door. Kitchen, living room, WC, bedroom are on the ground floor. 1 step to the back garden.

You will share with me, a contemporary dancer working in a full-time job for a dance company. I'm out for work Mon-Fri. I'm quiet, clean, no smoker, social and easy-going. I have a friendly cat and she spends most of the day outside.
I'm looking for someone clean, respectful of each other's space but also open to sharing some moments at home.
