The high street is a 5 minute walk away with access to many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
There is access to use a well maintained garden area available to all the flat residents just behind the flat. There is also a small park just opposite the flat.

The current tennant is my sister who is a working professional and is a calm considerate flat mate. The room is available to rent long term, therefore ideally looking for someone who wants to stay for 6 months or longer.
