The living space is open plan including a dining area, sitting area with TV, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridges and freezer.

The garden catches the sun from first thing in the morning for most of the day.
It has a table and chairs with umbrella.
Ideal if you like spending time outdoors.

Parking on the road is not restricted and it’s easy to get parking near to the house.

Sydenham station is a 12 minute walk (15mins direct Overground to Canada Water, 18mins direct rail to London Bridge, 30mins' direct to Clapham Junction) and Sydenham Hill station is a 25min walk or bus ride away (15mins direct rail to Victoria).
The area is also well serviced by buses.

There is a Tesco just 5 mins down the road and the high street is a 12 minute walk.

Crystal Palace Park and Wells Park are just a 5 minute walk away.
Crystal Palace Sports Centre is in Crystal Park.
It has a gym, classes and courts.
Forest Hill Pools are a 15minute walk away.
There's also a Pure Gym near Sydenham Station.
